Find the right financial reporting and planning tools

ERP systems help companies collect data, but are not purpose-built specifically for financial planning, reporting, or data analysis. Many ERP systems include pre-packaged reports that address common reporting issues that organizations face. However, these reports can only take you so far.

Each organization has unique needs, and therefore needs customized reports and planning tools. Although the pre-built reports in ERP systems might offer a few insights, they do very little to provide real financial or business intelligence, so finance teamswind up with a lot of unfulfilled needs, leading to a number of challenges.
