Insights on Supporting the Clinical Workforce

The health care field has undergone significant challenges in the past few years, including the pandemic, crisis-level staffing shortages, widespread inefficiencies, and burnout to name a few. Leaders have implemented strategies to address fluctuating demand, staffing gaps, clinical retention, and fatigue by replacing primary care models with alternative care models, that allow for greater agility.
